🔁 Exchanges are only accepted if:

• You receive a damaged parcel 📦

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened beauty or cosmetic products (due to hygiene reasons)

• Clearance or final-sale items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days ⏳
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
